It can be difficult to imagine what a future home will look like on the vacant lots. We borrowed from the image below, of the existing structure on the adjacent lot. With a little Photoshop assistance, we "built" homes that may help you visualize how your own home will fit on the property.
In the following photo, we took the existing recently-completed custom home seen in the photo above, and pasted another one just like it, next to it. This shows an option for someone interested in purchasing two lots to build a similar-sized home on the adjacent ocean view lots. We then took the same home and made a smaller version, placing it into the two additional lots.

The next photo is an example of the smaller version of the recently completed custom home, now populating all four vacant lots. This is only a visual representation of the lots with homes on them, and not a recommendation. To keep the aerial perspective more visually believable, we used the existing home.
Variety is the spice of life! There are many home plans and design styles that would work well on this land!
